In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, which is having an unprecedented impact on the travel industry, our call centre is experiencing a high volume of calls of concerns surrounding upcoming holiday plans.

State/Territory Travel Restrictions:

South Australia Travel Restrictions

The State Government has taken unprecedented action in response to the coronavirus pandemic requiring all people entering South Australia to isolate for 14-days from their arrival.

Northern Territory Travel Restrictions

The NT has secured its borders by introducing a two-week quarantine period for anyone arriving in the Territory, with an exception for those providing goods and essential services during the coronavirus pandemic.

Princess pauses sailings for 60 days & travel updates

Recognising our responsibility to our guests, our crew and the global community, and after very serious consideration of the evolving COVID-19 situation, Princess Cruises has made the difficult decision to voluntarily and temporarily pause our global ship operations for 60 days, effective immediately through May 12, 2020

Royal Caribbean Cruises
Royal Caribbean Cruises suspends sailings worldwide

After the decision was made on March 13th to voluntarily suspend our sailings departing from US ports, RCI has now made the decision to also suspend operations for the remainder of their sailings worldwide, effective at midnight, March 15th.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings suspension of voyages

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is amongst of cruise operators to this morning announce a voluntary suspension of all cruise voyages, with Norwegian, Oceania and Regent Seven Seas cruises to cease embarkations between 13 March and 11 April 2020.


Disney Cruise Line
Disney Cruise Line suspends cruise operations

Disney Cruise Line has suspended all cruises departing on or after 14 March until the end of the month.


MSC Cruises
MSC cruises halts operations

MSC cruises, will temporarily cease all US based new cruise embarkations until 30 April 2020. MSC had already halted operations in the Mediterranan and all other areas until 4 April 2020


CMV Cruises
CMV cruises temporary suspends operations

CMV has confirmed the temporary suspension of all worldwide cruise operations for voyages departing from today, until 24 April.


APT Cruises
APT cruises suspends operations

APT's partner AmaWaterways has cancelled all of its Europe river cruises ntil 25 April, while Scenic will temporarily suspend all river cruise operations until 30 April.


Scenic Cruises
Scenic cruises suspends river cruise operations

Scenic will temporarily suspend all river cruise operations until 30 April.


Regent Seven Seas Cruises
Regent Seven Seas Cruises suspends cruise operations

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has suspended all cruises departing on or after 14 March until April 12th.


Other

Costa is globally ceasing its ship operations for voyages until 03 April and Fred. Olsen cruises will cease sailing until mid-May.
