Walpa Lobby Bar (walpa is the Pitjantjatjara name for wind) offers Indigenous-inspired cuisine and is open early until late for light meals, lunch, dinner or drinks. Pira pool bar (pira meaning moon in local Anangu language) is the always welcome respite to enjoy casual poolside dining and drinks and that all important relax and recharge time from touring.


As a guest of Sails in the Desert you also have access to all dining venues at the various properties throughout the Voyages Ayers Rock Resort to meet all tastes, moods and budgets. This includes the renowned award-winning Sounds of Silence open-air dining experience under the stars and the seasonal open-air fine dining experience that is the intimate Tali Wiru, a native ingredient infused gastronomic adventure like nothing else.
