Japan - Ben
I am looking forward to travelling back to Japan in 2020.
We are doing a cruise out of Hong Kong to celebrate a significant family birthday.
We decided that a cruise was the perfect option as it will be with a big family group from 10 up to 75 and cruising is just perfect for multi-generational family groups.
We are very much looking forward to spending some time in Kyoto and Hiroshima in particular, as well as the kids are very much looking forward to Hong Kong Disneyland.
Machu Picchu & Mexico - Andrew
Machu Picchu. I’d love to see where the Incan civilisation built their advance agricultural society, plus taking Instagrammable photos there would be great, also Mexico for the tacos!
Northern Lights - Carly
I am travelling to London, Tromso in Norway for the Northern Lights and Kitzbuhel in Austria for a week snowboarding in February.
Northern Lights have always been on my bucket list, so has snowboarding in Europe and thought I should visit my brother in London on the way through.

Italy - Lorraine
For me and hubby, it’s Italy in 2020. Why? Because it’s been on our bucket list for years. We’ve managed to get close so many times and we’ve (hopefully) definitely decided that 2020 is our year for Italy.
All the tourist sites will definitely be on our list, specifically (for me), the Colosseum.
Western Canada - Casey
I’m travelling to Western Canada and ticking the following places off my bucket list: Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper, Whistler, Victoria & Vancouver.
My trip will take in the breathtaking scenery of the Rocky Mountains. I will also get to see awe-inspiring Icefields and Glaciers, fingers crossed for a Grizzly Bear or two.
Lake Louise, Canada - Anastasia
I am hopefully planning to travel to Canada next year for my cousin's wedding in Montreal. I have already been to Montreal quite a few times as most of my family is from there but I haven’t really been anywhere else in Canada. I would love to visit Lake Louise! It looks so beautiful with the bright blue lake surrounded by the mountains. I would also love to splurge and stay at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise which is located right across from the lake and has amazing views!
Malta - Cos
Malta is a hot and wow destination for 2020.
Malta packs glorious variety into its small Island. Malta's geographical location in the centre of the Mediterranean is truly stunning. The capital, Valletta, is charming & contemporary with stunning architecture. Malta's landscape contrasts rocky stretches of coast that end in dizzying limestone cliffs with sheltered bays.
The island's many marinas jostle with boats and above the water, walking tracks negotiate view-filled pathways linking isolated coves and surprising historical structures. Even for the short-term visitor to Malta, a simple ferry journey across Grand Harbour in Valletta is a magical experience.
Traditional Maltese food mixes Sicilian and Middle Eastern flavours. The Maltese people are warm and welcoming: Plenty of 21st-century sophistication can be found, but there are also pockets where you feel you’ve gone back in time, especially on Gozo, where mammoth churches tower over quiet villages.
You can fly from Australia into Malta or the best way (as I did) was to cruise in by ship into the Port of Valetta. I just wish we had more time to explore this beautiful Island in the Mediterranean.
